Burt Reynolds narrates this children’s festive animation, that tells the story of how magical snowman Frosty (voice of Bill Fagerbakke) visits the town of Evergreen, only to find that magic, fun, and silliness of any kind are not permitted. After winning over the children of the town, Frosty sets about trying to put the fun back into people’s lives, much to the annoyance of no-nonsense Mayor, Mr Tinkerton (Tom Kenny).
