Double bill of festive animated musical adventures with Frosty the Snowman. In ‘Frosty the Snowman’ (1969), Karen and her friends are having a Christmas Eve party when they discover that their snowman, Frosty, has come magically to life. But will they be able to save Frosty from the sunshine and escape the clutches of the evil Professor Hinckle, who wants to steal Frosty’s magical hat? John Goodman is the voice of Frosty in the sequel, ‘Frosty Returns’ (1992). A power-hungry tycoon invents Summer Wheeze, a spray can that instantly removes snow. Frosty’s friend Holly is determined to save him – and has to convince the people of Beansboro that snow is a good thing, otherwise Christmas will be changed forever and Frosty will disappear.
