Interpol’s narcotics expert Paul Sherman (Sven-Bertil Taube) travels to Amsterdam to meet a fellow agent about a heroin smuggling operation. However, the contact has already been eliminated, and Sherman teams up with the local police force, who have made little progress in their attempts to stem the flow of drugs in and out of the country. After a high-speed chase across the canals of Amsterdam, Sherman closes in on the ‘top man’.
