Eddie Lomax (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is a tortured loner who travels to an abandoned desert highway, preparing to end his life. However, his plans are interrupted when he is attacked by a gang of ruthless cycle thugs, who steal his prized motorbike and leave him for dead. He is then saved by a mysterious figure from his past and, with his will to live now miraculously restored, sets out to take his revenge.
