A triple bill of celebrity fitness programmes. In ‘Jade’s Dance Workout’ (2002), Big Brother runner-up Jade Goody – who went from a size 16 to a size 10 within ten weeks of leaving the Big Brother house – presents a dance workout routine designed to aid weight loss. The routine is easy to learn and includes a ten-minute warm-up and a five-minute cool-down and toning session. In ‘Dance Workout With Helen’ (2001), another bubbly Big Brother runner-up presents her own dance workout. The hair-dressing, Paul-dating wonder girl introduces a number of different routines set to special club remixes of her favourite dance tracks such as ‘Spinning Around’, ‘Another Chance’, ‘Strong Enough’ ‘Groovejet’ and ‘Romeo’, each of which is designed to promote fitness and make exercise fun. In ‘The Girls Of Liberty X – Toned’ (2003), Jessica, Michelle and Kelli from Liberty X present a 55-minute workout that increases heart rate, stamina and teaches new moves, which includes a 10-minute warm-up, a 35-minute dancefloor workout and a 10-minute cool-down.
