“Here it ismy new dance workout. Its great fun and it really does work. Since giving birth to my son Bobby, Ive managed to drop two dress sizes. We all want to keep fit and look good but its hard to stick to a boring regime. Thats why I asked Pauline Minott to come up with a fun and effective workout that I can do anywhere. Paulette is one of the countrys top choreographers and has worked with Victoria Beckham, Mis-teeq and many more. This programme has three sections: a warm-up, the dance routines and a cool-down.
