Worzel Gummidge 1 Moving On Dolly Clothes Peg A Fair Old Pullover

“Moving On”–while the Braithwaites are on holiday with Mr Peters and the children, Worzel and Aunt Sally move into the farm for a holiday of their own and turn everthing into a terrible mess. When the holidaymakers return to the farm it is in such a state that Mrs Braithwaite believes squatters have moved in; her fears seem to be confirmed when she learns that someone has been selling the farm eggs while she was away.
“Dolly Clothes-Peg”–Worzel follows Aunt Sally to the fair and he gets a job from the fairground owner (Mike Reid). Worzel becomes jealous when he sees Aunt Sally flirting with the strong man, “The Great Orlando”. However, Worzel soon cheers up when he meets an attractive dressmaker’s dummy, Dolly Clothes-Peg (Lorraine Chase), whom he invites for tea and cakes in the same shop where Orlando is entertaining Aunt Sally. It is not long before they are all throwing cream cakes at each other.
“A Fair Old Pullover”–at the farm, some of Mr Braithwaite’s clothes go missing and a pair of goggles also disappear. Worzel has stolen them for a trip into town, and while he is window shopping he meets John and Sue, who point out that a Fair Isle pullover, which he takes a fancy to, is a giveaway bargain.
