It is two hundred years in the future and the Earth has been devastated in its war against an alliance of colonies. Realising that it stands no chance of winning, the government of Earth sends its fascist leader General Tunis back in time to the 1990’s where he attempts to replicate himself in the image of the US president. Only a squad of four death row inmates can save the planet from a deadly future.
