Double bill starring martial arts legend Jet Li. In ‘The Defender’ (2000), Li plays a highly trained bodyguard hired by a successful businessman to protect his girlfriend after she witnesses a murder. But Li and the girlfriend soon fall for each other, and when he kills the brother of one of the assassins he must now protect himself as well. In ‘The Enforcer’ (2000), Jet Li plays an undercover Chinese cop sent to Hong Kong to find a known criminal. Together with his son, they lay down the law in their search to find the criminal and bring him to justice.
