Dirty Deeds is a 2002 Australian crime thriller about a Sydney gangster, Barry Ryan (Bryan Brown), whose illegal slot-machine business is threatened by the American Mafia, represented by two out-of-touch operatives. The plot unfolds as Ryan tries to protect his turf from both the mobsters and rival gangs, all while navigating the complexities of Australian culture and dealing with his tough-as-nails wife (Toni Collette).
