Sir James Blake (Herbert Rawlinson) has retired from Scotland Yard so that he can assist his neice Hope (Joan Barclay) and her friend Dr Jerry Sheehan (Ralph Byrd) in developing an apparatus they have invented. Sir James thinks that their invention has the potential to prevent wars, and plans to donate it to the League Of Nations. but a gang of criminals led by the elusive “”Scorpion”” (Lloyd Hughes) steals the device, and Blake and his associates must recover the invention and determone the identity of the “”Scorpion””. there’s plenty of action and suspense in “Blake Of Scotland Yard”, a plot which is consistently twisting and turning, keeping the viewer on their toes all the time.
