Set in a run-down Detroit City, where crime is rife, the local authorities have built a containment wall around derelict brick mansions which are being used by ruthless criminals including gang leader Tremaine (RZA). Police officer Damien Collier (Walker) goes undercover to infiltrate Tremaine’s gang and put a stop to his plan to destroy the city.
