Daniel Robataille (Tony Todd) was a black slave whose love for a white woman lead to him being gruesomely murdered by an angry mob. Centuries later, his last living descendent Caroline McKeever (Donna D’Errico) finds herself haunted by visions of murder and bloody torture, visions which soon give way to Robataille’s terrible manifestation as the Candyman and his entreaty that she join him in his quest for bloody revenge.
