In the 21st Century America has descended into barbarism, anarchy and disease. Only one person has a cure for the destruction – cyborg Pearl Prophet (Dayle Haddon). However, she is captured by cannibalistic Flesh Pirates, who plan to keep her knowledge to themselves. Only sabre-wielding Gibson Rickenbacker (Jean-Claude Van Damme) can save her – and civilisation.
