Ex-Special Forces officer Matt Collins has been selected by psychopathic millionaire Danton Vachs to be the human prey in a deadly manhunt. Kidnapped and taken to a solitary island 150 miles off the coast of Mexico, Collins is forced to fight for his life against four trained assassins, each hungry for his blood. Collins knows he has to survive as his girlfriend is being held hostage by Vachs and will be killed if he fails. On the run on the island Matt teams up with a survivor from the last diabolical competition. Together they try and defeat their predators.
