Death Ring
Ex-Special Forces officer Matt Collins has been selected by psychopathic millionaire Danton Vachs to be the human prey in a deadly manhunt. Kidnapped and taken to a solitary island 150 miles off the coast of Mexico, Collins is forced to fight for his life against four trained assassins, each hungry for his blood. Collins knows he has to survive as his girlfriend is being held hostage by Vachs and will be killed if he fails. On the run on the island Matt teams up with a survivor from the last diabolical competition. Together they try and defeat their predators.

After the death of Emperor Marcus Aurelius (Richard Harris), Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix) betrays the Emperor’s beloved General Maximus (Russell Crowe) and takes the throne for himself. Maximus is sold as a slave and then trained as a gladiator, keeping himself strong with thoughts of revenge. Eventually he is taken to the Colosseum, where he prepares to fight in a contest presided over by the corrupt Commodus. Will he suffer the ultimate humiliation and die for the entertainment of his enemy or will he survive the rigors of the arena and find a way of exacting his revenge?
