Amanda Redman stars in this six-part ITV drama series. According to Mack Carter (Danny Webb), whoever said crime doesn’t pay was a moron. But when Mack is sent down for a four year stretch, his wife Lindsay (Redman) starts to think that maybe the moron had a point and it’s time the Carter family gave up the family business of theft, fraud and the odd bit of forgery.
