When a police officer witnesses the execution of his partner by a cold-blooded criminal, he is understandably traumatised and quits the force. Nine years later, while shopping in a mall, he is taken hostage by a crazed killer–who, it transpires, is somehow connected to his partners murder–and sees this as a second chance to exact justice… or is it revenge?
