A complex web of events unravels after Sugita (Hiroaki Murakami), the son of a Japanese billionaire, is found severely wounded at an abandoned Pennsylvania steel mill. Because he had been visiting the area with plans to develop it into a huge million-dollar amusement park, it is assumed that he was attacked by someone opposed to the project.
