The second series of the BBC drama starring Derek Jacobi and Anne Reid as an aging man and woman who rediscover the feelings they once had for each other. Widowed 70-somethings Alan Butershaw (Jacobi) and Celia Dawson (Reid) became reacquainted after their respective grandsons created Facebook accounts for them and rekindled the love they shared almost 60 years ago. In this series, Alan and Celia prepare to marry and move in together. However, will the personality clash between Alan’s daughter, Gillian (Nicola Walker), and Celia’s daughter, Caroline (Sarah Lancashire), continue to interfere with their plans?
