Playful horror movie in which a lazy young landlord and his friends accidentally awaken a clan of zombie ninjas. Dameon (Michael Lee) is intrigued to discover a pair of swords and an ancient scroll among his family heirlooms. He learns that one of the swords can provide him with the fighting abilities of his ancestor, a ninja, but forgets to warn his tenant, Kara (Arun Storrs), that the other sword can awaken the dead. Dameon, Kara and their friends suddenly find themselves pitched into a battle with ninja zombies and fighting for their lives
