This is the continuing story of Jennifer Parker (Jaclyn Smith), a high powered Manhattan lawyer who has fought her way to the top and now heads her own law firm. Throughout her career she has enjoyed various love affairs and now a former lover, who has just been elected US Vice President, is anxious to rekindle their relationship, much against his wife’s wishes. Meanwhile, the brother of another lover, now dead, turns up to blackmail her.
