Low-budget horror. In a small New England town on Christmas Eve, a deranged killer escapes from a lunatic asylum and begins to lure prominent members of the community to an old abandoned mansion, where he takes his bloody revenge for a crime committed there over thirty years ago. The owner of the deserted house returns from New York, where he was trying to sell the property, and together with the mayor’s daughter, begins to investigate its sordid, violent history, a history of incest and murder that implicates every member of the town.
