Dutch pop singer Marco Borsato stars in this drama depicting the plight of child soldiers in Africa. Dutchman Eduard Zuiderwijk (Marco Borsato) is a successful restaurateur living and working in a Ugandan town bordering a conflict zone. His troubles escalate when his wife dies, leaving him alone with his young son, and the political situation around him becomes increasingly unstable. When the son of one of his employees is abducted, Eduard sets out to find the boy and uncovers a training camp where children are exploited by the rebel army into becoming soldiers.
