Jackie Chan is Jimmy Tong, an ordinary New York cabbie who has just started an exciting new job as chauffeur to millionaire Clark Devlin (Jason Issacs). When Devlin is injured and taken to hospital, Tong dons the millionaire’s hi-tech tuxedo and is miraculously transformed into a martial-arts secret agent with enough gadgets to make James Bond blush. Teaming up with CIA rookie Del Blaine (Jennifer Love Hewitt), Tong then uses his newfound skills to take on various super-villains and prevent them from taking over the world.
