Van Damme action thumper about a former addict cop whose life is changed after a near death and coma experience. Anthony Stowe (Jean Claude Van Damme) is a dirty narcotics lieutenant who takes a little dab of the ‘H’ himself from time to time. His life begins to unravel when his wife announces she’s pregnant and he’s not the daddy.
