In ‘Roger Mellie the Man on the Telly’ (1991), Roger (voiced by Peter Cook) is a foul-mouthed, lecherous alcoholic trying to make it as a smooth-tongued TV presenter, while ‘Billy the Fish’ (1991) features Harry Enfield as the voice of the footballing half-man, half-fish who dreams of playing for Fulchester United Football Club.
