New Alcatraz

Sci-fi thriller directed by Phillip J. Roth. Deep in the frozen wastes of Antarctica, a recently-built prison complex provides a new home for some of the world’s most dangerous criminals. But the construction process has also woken one of the area’s ancient residents – a giant, carnivorous prehistoric snake which has been frozen for centuries in the ice beneath the prison. Soon the snake resurfaces in search of human prey, and the convicts and wardens are forced to team together in order to survive.
