Official 60th Wedding Anniversary documentary covering the marriage and coronation of H.R.H. Queen Elizabeth II. Using newsreel footage of the time, the story starts with the years leading up to the wedding and covers the detailed preparations, including rare footage of the making of the wedding dress. The Coronation, on 2nd June 1953, was one of the first major televised events in history and allowed the general public a rare glimpse of the pomp and pageantry associated with a Coronation ceremony.
